These smoothies will last happily out of the fridge for up to 12 hours, so they're perfect for packed lunches and days out.

4 smoothies per pack, with each wedge including 1 pressed apple (70%), 1/3 of a mashed banana, 4 pressed grapes, 8 squashed blackcurrants (4%)

Suitable for vegans and pasteurised.

Keep refrigerated (0-8°C). Shake before opening. Once opened, drink straight away.

Push the paper straw inside the wedge when finished and recycle the whole lot together.
