This ferocious little number was inspired by a recipe in one of my favourite restaurants tucked down a tiny side street on the outskirts of Seoul. It was also one of the first dishes we sold from our street food truck when we moved to the UK and it quickly became a crowd favourite on the streets of London! It's perfect for making Bipimbab as well as used in any stir fry. Its fiery, tasty and straight from the streets of Korea. Enjoy! Sue Youn & Ben xoxo
