Carefully crafted by the growers' cooperative of Monteforte situated in the village of Monteforte d'Alpone in the eastern part of the Province of Verona. Fresh, lively and unoaked with notes of lime, peach and almonds. A versatile food wine that pairs well with roast chicken, baked white fish and risotto.
