M&S Fino Dry Sherry An intense fortified wine with flavours of green olives and lemon zest. This classic wine produced only in the bodegas of the Jerez region in south-west Spain. Made with Palomino grapes and aged in American oak barrels at Williams & Humbert, by cellar master Paola Medina Sheldon. This bone-dry wine pairs well with salty olives, seafood and tapas.
