More about this product;
This Casillero del Diablo is devillishly good Chilean Sauvignon Blanc. It's a pretty grown up wine, with perfectly-balanced tingly acidity holding together the refreshing flavours of limes, peaches and greengages, but it cries out for simple flavours.
Chuck it in the coolbox and serve it chilled for a fabulous accompaniment to a ploughmans or serve with a big plate of good quality mixed cheeses. Of course, it's so delicious, you might just want to drink it on its own as an aperitif.
