Our sweet and delicate smoked salmon is delicious served as canapés, added to
warmed blinis with crème fraiche and a sprinkling of dill.
Nutritionists recommend eating at least two portions of fish a week, one of
which should be oily. Oily fish provide long chain Omega 3 fats which are
important for maintaining a healthy heart. A serving provides 0.3g, 10% of the
suggested weekly intake of 3g (recommended daily intake of 250mg).
