A strange looking but delicious fish. John Dory's bizarre shape and long fins make it look like it is from another planet. The flesh is creamy white with a dense texture simialr to Dover sole which holds up well during cooking. Ideal for pan frying or grilled. Landed into Newlyn by our fleet of boats.
