A deliciously crisp, hand-stretched sourdough base topped with our tomato sauce, chargrilled red and yellow peppers, Leccino olives, red onions, creamy Italian mozzarella pearls and basil pesto Delicious pizza starts with the perfect base. Ours is made using a live sourdough culture, developed specially by us, and Italian milled flour. Every pizza is then hand-stretched and baked at over 400°C in our Italian woodfired oven to create an ultra-thin, bubbly crust with a fantastic sourdough flavour and lovely charred notes. For this pizza, we delicately chargrill tender peppers for a smoky flavour. It's finished with creamy Italian mozzarella pearls, balsamic onions, black olives and fragrant basil pesto.
