A deliciously crisp, hand-stretched sourdough base topped with our tomato sauce,
fiery marinated chicken, sweet and spicy Roquito® peppers and red chillies
Delicious pizza starts with the perfect base. Ours is made using a live
sourdough culture, developed specially by us, and Italian milled flour. We let
time and temperature do all the work, slow fermenting for more than 50 hours to
create the perfect dough.
Our pizzas are then hand-stretched and baked at over 400°C in our Italian
woodfired oven to create a light, bubbly, eggshell crust with a fantastic
sourdough flavour and lovely charred notes. We top every pizza with a sauce of
ripe, juicy tomatoes mixed with basil, extra virgin olive oil and a little
garlic.
This spicy pizza is full of punchy chilli notes. Our tender chicken is marinated
in paprika and chilli oil for a fiery flavour and paired with sweet and spicy
Roquito® peppers and slices of fresh red chilli.
