A delicate Sauvignon Blanc with aromas and flavours of white flowers, citrus
peel, and fresh herbs with a long, vibrant and mouth-watering finish. Selected
rows from our estate vineyards were harvested in the cool of the morning and
then gently pressed.
The juice was fermented at cool temperatures to retain the intensity of the
Sauvignon Blanc aromatics. 10% of the blend was fermented in older French oak
barrels.
