Our British T-bone roast is expertly dry aged on the bone for 21 days in chambers with walls made from cultured sea salts blended with north Atlantic seaweed. The precise humidity and temperature, helps draw out the moisture and preserves the flavour as it cooks. This process delivers an intensely beefy flavour and ultimate succulence. Once the salt dry aging process is complete, the T-bone is carefully cut from the centre of the loin and is hand trimmed for ease of carving then tied by our skilled butchers; resulting in a tender beef joint which is easy to cook and carve providing delicious servings of sirloin & fillet. Our British salt dry aged T-bone roast is coated with roast bone marrow butter for a decadent full flavoured finish which self bastes the joint while cooking.
