M&S Maison Michel Morgon Morgon, the second largest Crus in Beaujolais, is home to vineyards of decomposed schist. Locally called "roches pourries" these soils are believed to contribute to the ripe cherry flavours and rounded wines produced from its Gamay grapes. Fruity with back cherries, liquorice and spice this pairs well with herby chicken, rich mushroom dishes and glazed salmon. Suitable for vegans.
