Cru des Cotes du Rhone Cairanne. This Cru with its garnet red gleams is fragrant with compelling notes of black fruit. Supple but full of character, it develops delicious aromas of Mediterranean scrublands and ripe fruit, finishing with a generous persistence and the silkiest of tannins. It is a wine with a cellaring potential of up to 3-4 years. This wine is aged in cask for 12 months to confer extra smoothness and suppleness of tannins.
