Pol Roger Brut Reserve is the house's "signature" cuvée, composed of more than 30 base wines drawn from at least two vintages and the three classic cépages, Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay. Pol Roger Brut Reserve is never released until the youngest component is at least three years old and, to satisfy British preferences, the champagne is rested for an additional period after disgorging.
