Côtes du rhône is synonymous with fruity, and easy drinking, French red wines. This lovely crimson blend of Grenache and Syrah has crushed berry-fruit aromas with a hint of cinnamon and pepper. It is characteristically soft and smooth with juicy ripe bramble fruit flavours and notes of crushed pepper and roses. Medium-bodied and perfect as an appetiser or with pizza, barbecued sausages or a Sunday roast.
