The production of this vintage - Les Deux Pins Merlot - required all our expertise and know-how. The first stage was the sorting of grapes along simple criteria of maturity and balance of the vine. Night-time harvesting helped to protect the full freshness of aromas. Giving a sustained dark garnet red colour, this Merlot produces a bouquet of ripe red fruit, spice and vanilla.
