Rioja, Spain's most famous red wine region, is situated in the north, along
River Ebro valley and protected by the Sierra Cantabria mountain range.
Winemaker César Fernández sources the finest Tempranillo grapes from the 3 areas
of Rioja, Alavesia, Alta and Oriental to make this ageworthy Reserva. Using
finely seasoned America oak barrels he ages the wines for 24 months and then a
further year in bottle to produce this complex yet mellow red.
