Our rum is made using the traditional fermentation and distillation process that
has been used in the Caribbean for hundreds of years. Our Fairtrade sugar cane
is grown using sustainable farming methods on small farm plots. Each stalk is
carefully hand harvested to maximize the yield and protect the land. The farmers
are part of the Belize Sugar Cane Farmers Association (BSCFA).
Aged in American oak barrels previously used for Bourbon. By not adding any
sugar after the ageing FAIR. Rum reveals many aromatics and a deep character.
Suitable for Vegetarians and Vegan, gluten free and gmo free.
