RECIPE SUGGESTION: Super roast chicken and salad wrap. Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise across a warmed wrap. Place some freshly roasted roughly chopped chicken pieces on top with roasted pepper, mixed salad and baby spinach leaves. Add a scattering of toasted pine nuts and finish off with a squeeze of lemon. Lovely.
