Spanish pork sausage with paprika & garlic
'I wouldn’t like to say how many of these I’ve got through over the years, but
they are a must-have ingredient for me. They take just 15 minutes to cook in a
190ºC/170ºC fan/gas mark 5 oven but won’t suffer if you cook them for longer if,
say, you want to roast them with chicken thighs which I often do. They’re also
gorgeous roasted alongside small cubes of potatoes, which crisp up wonderfully
