cooked through. Add stir fry vegetables and cook until slightly softened.
Squeeze the rice to separate and then stir into the mixture until hot. Add soy
sauce and seasoning. Serve with a fried egg and a sprinkling of peanuts on top.
Or for a vegetarian alternative, replace chicken with tofu.
