Despite a cool summer, the key ripening period during September and October was
warm, dry and sunny giving fruit of good quality across the south-east of
England. This blend has classic aromas of green apple, freshly cut grass, citrus
and white peach supported by a creamy mouthfeel. On the palate there are
flavours of elderflower and nectarine with a smooth texture and a fresh finish.
