Our gorgeous Clotted Cream is made to a traditional Cornish recipe, this means it has 'Protected Designation of Origin' status. It's crafted from Trewithen Dairy milk, we don't add anything to it other than love and care. We like to keep things very simple here in Cornwall. Sometimes, life seems full of corners, edges and surfaces just rough enough to irritate and frustrate. But our clotted cream is all about ease, smoothness and having it your way.
