Wild salmon is nutritionally superior to farmed fish. Our Red or Sockeye
salmon comes from the pristine waters of Alaska, where sustainable management of
fish stocks is written into the constitution!
Cooked in its own waters, with the skin and bones left on, and a little salt
added, this ensures that our salmon maintains more of its nutritional values.
The deep red colour of Sockeye comes from the fact that this species of salmon
remains in the fresh water bay system for a far longer period feeding heavily on
shrimp and krill.
