Preheat 1tbsp oil in a pan over a medium heat and carefully place the chicken in the pan. Cook, turning occasionally to give an even colour. To ensure the chicken is fully cooked, insert a skewer into the thickest part of the meat. If the juices run clear, not pink, it is fully cooked through. Not suitable for microwave cooking. Check product is piping hot before serving. Do not reheat. For tenderness and succulence cover with foil and allow the chicken to rest for 5 minutes after cooking.
