Sustainable MSC Cornish skin on hake portions with a smokey garlic butter, the

Cornwall, Cornish hake is one of the jewels of the Cornish catch. The flesh is
quite soft but firms up during cooking and is a great Cornish alternative to
cod. Two portions of skin on hake and two butter portions, quick to cook and
delicious. Pan fry for 5-8 minutes and enjoy.
