Our Plastic Free Laundry Detergent Sheets are a small product, with a really big impact. * Made from naturally-derived materials that are 100% vegan & biodegradable. * Not tested on animals. * Fully recyclable Kraft paper box. No Plastic! * Available in Scented and Unscented varieties. This product is the scented variety and uses Natural Flax Scent for an extra fresh wash smell. * These sheets are of the 'Biological' variety of detergent cleaners. Comes in a pack of 64 sheets.  One sheet required for a small load (up to 3kg), two sheets for a large load (up to 8kg). The problem with existing detergents… Laundry detergents are often packaged in heavy plastic bottles of liquid, or in bulky plastic boxes of powder and gel pouches. These are heavy, messy and often very wasteful as a lot of the product ends up down the drain before the washing machine gets going. Or, you just end up using far too much of it which ends up being very expensive! Not to mention the carbon footprint transporting these weighty detergents around the world has on our planet. We work with some of the UK’s most credible chemists to create our products, with each ingredient thoroughly examined and tested to ensure it causes as little harm to the planet as possible. We review each ingredient through an independent body. We ensure all ingredients score as low as possible (lower the better). For some reason beyond us, certain products [laundry powders and sheets] aren’t required to disclose all the ingredients they use, so many products will hide the fact that they contain ingredients they would rather you didn’t know about. Our laundry sheets are mostly made from naturally-derived ingredients: Betaine (From Coconuts), Diethanolamide (From Coconuts), Fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether (From Coconuts), Silicone oil (From natural Silica), Flax Scent (From the Flaxseed Plant), Sodium citrate (From Citrus Fruits), Silicon dioxide (From Natural Silica), Edible starch (From the Cassava Plant), Bentonite (Formed from Natural Volcanic Ash and Sea water), Clay (From the earth), AES (From Coconuts), Sodium C14-16 Olefin sulfonate (From Coconuts), Glycerol (from vegetable fats), Sodium Dodecylbenzenesulphonate - biodegradable - ranked 1/10 by EWG (lowest possible score - lower the better), Sodium fatty acid methanesulfonate - 1/10 score, Sodium acetate trihydrate - fully biodegradable, 13-carbon isomeric alcohol ether (otherwise known as Tridecyl Alcohol) - fully biodegradable - scored 1/10 on EWG, Polyvinyl Alcohol - biodegradable in most conditions - scored 1/10 on EWG
