Our wonky Aubergines vary in size and shape each week, you can expect one or two units per pack, sometimes large, sometimes small and also not always straight and noticeable skin defects that do not affect flavour! We always guarantee a minimum weight of 350g.  By purchasing our wonky produce, you contribute to reducing food waste, a significant issue in today's society. We work closely with our organic growers to rescue perfectly edible produce that may otherwise be discarded. This partnership allows them to harvest more of their crop, minimising wasted energy and resources.
