A perfectly balanced wine with ripe melon and pineapple fruit flavours with
refreshing lemon and lime flavours on the finish. This wine is a good match with
fish and chips, pizza and grilled chicken dishes. The grapes were grown in
Chile's Rapel Valley, an area with a long tradition of winemaking. The region
has the perfect weather for growing grapes with clearly defined seasons with
cool, rainy winters and long warm summers with high daytime temperatures,
moderated by cool nights. This allows the grapes to slowly ripen and develop
complex flavours. Santa Carolina has been a pioneer of Chilean wine since 1875
Luis Pereyra Cotapos founded the winery, which he named after his wife.
