Pale ruby red in the glass with aromas of berries, blackberry, and plum jam with
a hint of liquorice. The palate is light with refreshing berry fruit
characteristics and subtle tannins. A great pairing with mushroom risotto. The
grapes were hand-picked, de-stemmed and crushed. Fermentation took place in
stainless steel and lasted for 4-5 days following classic red wine vinification.
