Aged in casks in the traditional Solera system within the ancient cathedral style cellars of Barbadillo, this wine was allowed to oxidise slowly over many years to attain its rich aroma. Oloroso means aromatic. This ageing process gives this Sherry its dark amber colour, rich walnut aroma and deep, generous flavours. This is pure unsweetened Oloroso so dry to taste.
