The Casa del Agua Jerez vinegar reserve is a sherry wine vinegar of protected origin* - "D.O.P." in Spanish (*: Vinagre de Jerez Denominación de Origen) and aged for 24 months through a traditional system of criaderas and solera system in oak barrels in Andalusia. It has a rich and aromatic aroma and a clean and persistent aftertaste. We recommend it for salads together with the Casa del Agua extra virgin olive oil. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
