Mature vines grown on gravelly loam soils are hand-picked, the grapes berry
sorted and fermented on skins with three weeks post-ferment maceration followed
by 18 months maturation in new and used French oak barriques. Layered earth and
cassis, silky texture, sweet dark fruits. Cellar 10-15 years.
