Our smoky and robust smoked salmon is the perfect addition to spaghetti, mixed
with crème Fraiche, lemon juice, Parmesan, garlic and dill, and finished with
fresh rocket.
It is recommended to eat at least two portions of fish a week, one of which
should be oily. Long chain omega 3 fats contribute to the normal function of the
heart. A serving provides 0.3g, 120% of the recommended daily intake of 250 mg
of EPA and DHA.
