Our French style, restaurant quality, hotpot contains British lamb shoulder
slowly braised until tender, smothered with slices of potato, cooking stock and
caramelised onion and finished with a mint butter for basting. Serve with greens
and a Rioja Reserva. Oven cooks in 40 minutes. Serves 2.
