slow-fermented for a complex flavour, and wood fired in our Italian oven
This 30 hour slow fermented pizza dough is hand-topped with chargrilled peppers,
leccino olives and red onion, generously topped with creamy Italian mozzarella
pearls and fragrant basil pesto on our signature slow-cooked Italian tomato
sauce. Oven cooks in 10 minutes. Serves 1.
