M&S Quattro Formaggi Pizza
Lovingly named pizza bianca in Italy - our 30 hour slow fermented dough is
hand-topped with creamy mascarpone and bechamel sauce and irresistable Italian
provolone, Italian pecorino and mozzarella cheese. Generously finished with
sauteed garlic portobello mushrooms and fresh spinach. Oven cooks in 11 minutes.
Serves 2.
Our pizzas are made with a blend of Italian 00 flour and strong white pizza
flour. Slow-fermented using a traditional process the Italian's call 'Biga', for
a complex flavour, and wood fired in our Italian oven for the perfect texture.
