We've chosen cauliflower and broccoli from the cabbage family to make this delicious gratin. The vegetables are topped with a creamy béchamel sauce with a hint of nutmeg and served with cheese. Delicious with a simple green salad for a light meal, or with meat, chicken fillet or ham on a hungry day.
