The apple wood smoking chunks have a subtle sweet and fruity flavour. The chunks are approximately 2-3″ long which are a great size for controlling how much flavour you want to add and and come in a handy 8 litre bag. Soaking the chunks prior to adding them on top of the charcoal can help slow down the burn and prevent bitterness.
