Certificate of Analysis.
Great Tower Street, E.C. November, 19th, 1895,
I hereby certify that I have submitted to very careful chemical analysis a
sample of the Welsh Whisky Distillery Whisky, and find that it possesses great
purity of composition, is thoroughly matured, and entirely free from all
constituents of an injurious or undesirable character. It is soft and pleasing
to the palate, possesses a fine aroma and boquet, and I have very confidence in
pronouncing it to be a perfectly sound and wholesome Whisky.

A delicate smoky peat with vanilla, light red berries and salted caramel. Taste:
The earlier hints of smoke become more prevalent. Sweet smoky toffee/treacle
notes, a trace of cracked black pepper, malted barley and the soft sweetness of
fudge. Finish: The smokiness slowly departs like morning mist, leaving a
lingering delicate vanilla and wood spice final note.
