Italy, each heart is quartered, chargrilled and marinated in the finest Italian
oil for optimum flavour. Combined with olives and grilled peppers, our grilled
artichokes work a treat as a topping on focaccia – or can add a smooth, savoury
dimension to any salad. They’re also wonderful in a fragrant ‘trifolati’
risotto; simply slice them thinly with courgettes, and stir them with cooked
arborio rice, a lemon and some mint.
