Succulent and tender salmon with a gentle smokiness, delicately cut into long,
thin slices. Perfect for celebratory breakfasts, canapes and parties with soft
boiled quail's eggs or on thin slices of our pumpernickel with crème fraiche,
fresh dill and a squeeze of lemon.
We work with a sustainable smokehouse on the edge of the Royal Forest of Dean,
with over 20 year’s experience. They source only from high-welfare organic
British fish farms, wild streams and rivers. The fish are salted by hand before
being gently smoked over smouldering oak. This careful, slow process results in
rich, melt-in-the-mouth fish of the highest quality.
