Daylesford Organic Turkey includes Giblets. We choose to raise Bronze turkeys at Daylesford because of their inquisitive behaviour and their natural inclination to roam outdoors and explore. Our turkeys are raised for 180 days, free to forage our organic pastures and woodland and finished on organic oats, which give them their distinctive full flavour and wonderfully moist texture. Animal welfare is something we believe passionately in, the turkeys on our farm live healthy, happy lives, enjoying a natural grass and forage-based diet free from unnecessary chemicals, antibiotics and GM feed. Delicious with: fluffy potatoes roasted in our luxurious jars of goose fat; pigs wrapped in bacon, stuffing roulades, cranberry sauce; and all the other traditional trimmings.
