sumptuous meal, with its rich meaty taste using slow cooked beef , layered in
savoy cabbage and a crunchy potato topping. The Wild Hare is passionate about
British farming . We use the Hare as an indicator of biodiversity as it thrives
on open farmland. At the Wild Hare we partner various UK tree planting and
reforestation projects to offset our carbon footprint.
