Keeping it Simple
There's a beautiful simplicity to fishing for lobster. You just lay down the
pots and wait. There's no unwanted by catch-and no damage to the seabed. Every
lobster is hand-selected out of the pots - females with eggs and tiddlers are
thrown to swim another day. It's a responsible way of fishing that has endured
for generations of fishermen and ensures our lobster will be enjoyed for many
generations to come.
Indulgent and delicious, our lobster is perfect for decadent gratins and
starters; pimped up pasta and salads; or the ultimate comfort foods: lobster mac
'n' cheese and lobster rolls.
Pot-caught in the traditional way by fisherman who care as much about the
quality of the lobster as we do. Our lobster is gently steamed soon after the
catch is landed and painstakingly hand-picked. All done in reverence for this
king of seafood and to preserve the naturally delicious taste & texture
