We make plant-based alternatives to cheese that pack a punch. Made with
carefully selected ingredients and matured using traditional methods. Each wedge
is honestly, and irresistibly tasty.
Our plant-based Blue contains real penicillium roqueforti, which means the
cheese continues to age over time. To keep the cultures in the cheese active
(they're to thank for the distinctive 'blue' bite and mouldy rind!) Our
packaging is designed to allow a very small amount of oxygen through. If you've
got any questions about the wheel you receive, please do get in touch.
It's pasteurised and left to mature for a number of weeks, until it's ready to
wrap and pack.
