Soft almond amaretti produced by Amaretti Virginia according to the ancient
traditional recipe and reproducing the same manufacturing process of 1860, the
year in which Amaretti Virginia created the soft “amaretti del Sassello”. Simple
ingredients: sugar, egg whites, almonds and apricot kernels which, wisely
processed, give life to a delicious pastry that takes us back to the genuine
flavours of the past. A superficial crust hides a very soft almond heart. Each
single amaretto is wrapped in double wrapping, a flow pack in contact with the
product, which preserves its organoleptic characteristics for 11 months, and a
second coloured bon-bon wrapping, which creates joy and gives a refined touch to
the pastries presented on the table. Ideal for a sweet break at any time of the
day, for a delicious snack or as a dessert after a meal, combined with a good
coffee or fortified wine.
