A gentle sweet honey with a strong bitter aftertaste.  This fine honey is brown or amber in colour and has a strong fresh vegetable and caramelized sugar taste with notes that are characteristic of balsamic, resinous and slightly smoky. The production area for this honey are the regions of Abruzzo, Lombardy and Piedmont.
