The 100% Organic Italian selection extra virgin olive oil is made solely of Italian olives which have been selected from the best Italian production areas. This oil comes from olives grown in a natural enviroment which has been certified by ICEA (Ethical and Environmental Certification Institute). The whole production and packaging process takes place in Italy. The olives are naturally cold-extracted and not extracted by any chemical processes. This gives the extra virgin olive oil its premium quality fruity flavour. The ISO22005 Feed and Food certification confirms that this oil is from Italy and certifies all the steps throughout production from the olive tree to the bottle.
