Murgella was established in 1957 by the Palazzo family to produce traditional
Apulian dairy products, an authentic expression of the food culture of the
Murgia Barese region in Italy. Today the family’s third generation continues to
collect milk from local farms and use a whey starter culture and handmade
process to obtain a true, typically Apulian product, rich in nutritional
ingredients and with its own particular characteristics of fragrance, softness,
flavour and lightness of the highest quality standards.
